Star Trek fans who were not present for the original series ....?
Can you see the original series without laughing yourself half to death because it is so corny or without looking at the screen dumbfounded with my mouth open because it is sooooooo cheesy? I like Star Trek, but I can not go through an episode of the original series. I feel a little bad about it.
Do not bother feeling bad. Even those of us who were around the original to recognize its inherent cheesiness. That's part of the charm. It was also the idea that became popular, making the program.
