BUT, Shakira has millions of dollars on security contract with a company that will be closely looking up the skirts of every student, caretaker and librarian school she will be in contact with. It will profile each and every one based on the risk of secondary potential threat to mental instability, membership in groups to hatred, persecution of personality, etc. They will review their work even here on Yahoo Answers.
