Struggling Atrium Mall goes on block (Biz Journal)

Simon Property Group is putting the struggling Atrium Mall in Chestnut Hill on
the selling block with an eye toward overhauling tenant mix, the Boston Herald
reports. Simon last week hired Eastdil Secured to market the 205,000-square-
foot luxury property. As the Boston Business Journal reported last week, the
Atrium has been lost a string tenants over the past couple of years -- the
latest two being Creatoyvity, a toy shop that featured unique specialty toys
from around the globe; and Pottery Barn Kids, the upscale children's and baby
furniture store.

Pottery Barn Kids Toy
Chair for a toddler - which would choose?

My little girl is turning 2 in a few weeks and LOVES to read books in chairs. She's obsessed with them!

We've narrowed it down to these two chairs:

1) From Pottery Barn, Oversized Hybrid Anywhere

2) From Toys R Us (and ABaby.com), Harmony Kids Micro Cloth chair

They both are around the same price - the one from PBK would be about $20 more but would be able to last her until grade school.

If this were YOUR decision for your little book worm, which would you buy (and why)?
Don't get caught up on the color - the one from Toys R Us comes in green, purple, pink, navy, black, yellow, etc.

I think the Pottery Barn one looks more comfortable! I would pick that one!
